I had been hanging out with friends full of emo-ness these days..
And I had came to realize several ways of being emo..
No.1 Be in the last semester of your Uni life!
Some if not All of my emo friends are in the last sem of their uni life and they know they will miss their uni life a lot!
No.2 Listen to EMO songs.. A LOT..
Apparently nice Mandarin songs are mostly emo ones.. Listen to them and you will feel the emo-ness..
P.S. 背对背拥抱 by 林俊杰 is one of many songs that have the emo feel…
No.3 Go to watch sun set ( or scenery) at the beach ALONE..
I think this is the most healthy ways to get EMO.. And you get to see beautiful beaches + sun set..
But this is also the most dangerous way, too.. You don’t want to go to beaches when your emo rating are too high as suicide cases happens in beaches..
No.4 Read EMO posts..
Everyone have Facebook now.. And most of the users speak freely in the web.. They let people (friends) know what they are thinking by posting statuses.. Some of them even have blogs and they write down their emo-ness in their blog.. For example, Teo Yen Lui’s I don feel like.... (<—link to her emo-ful post..)
No.5 Get drunk..
I got drunk several times before and I think its quite emo being drunk.. Quoted from another (emo) friend of mine, Brendan : “酒不醉人人自醉”.. You don’t even need to take in a lot of alcohol products to get drunk.. Sometimes water, sometimes green tea, and sometimes bubble tea is enough to get you drunk..
